数控机床热误差补偿建模方法

Modeling on Thermal Error Compensation of NC Machine ToolYANG Qingdong, et alAbstracts:It is an effective method to eliminate thermal deformation which is compensated by software processing in NC system. A multi-input and multi-output model can be used to establish a mathematical model of machine's thermal behaviour. A mathematical model for thermal deformation of a large NC milling machine is established by nervous network and multivariate linear regression. The testing and calculating results show that the most of thermal deformation errors can be predicted by the two types of multivariable models.

减少机床热误差通常有以下方法:改进机床设计和材料。采用热执行装置控制机床重要部件的温度。研究温度分布和热变形之间的关系,并建立数学模型,用软件预报误差,通过NC装置补偿,以减少或消除由热变形引起的机床刀具位移。
